What's Cookin.. Good Lookin

Hey lovies, I haven't posted many food or photography pics I've been all over the place going nowhere... Let's talk dinner, shall we. Who wants to be in the kitchen slaving over dinner? NO ONE! If you're exhausted after work, traffic jams and all that in between not so fun stuff, then you're at the right place for quick, easy, and healthy recipes for the person on the go. After all you're too FABULOUS to hang out in the kitchen right? Anyhoo, this quickie recipe calls for pasta of any sort, I chose vermicelli because it cooks in no time and chicken tenderloins.. By the way..I'm not the exact measurement type either, I just wig it, so if you can hang I dig it..let's go, you'll need...

Pasta and chicken tenderloins
Vinegar, and a lemon (to clean the chicken)
Olive oil, kosher salt, paprika minced garlic(to season)
Red onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes, orange bell pepper, rosemary (to saute)
A glass of wine
Boil the pasta
*You may want to plug in the grill beforehand, that way after the chicken is seasoned the grill is nice and hot..this is supposed to be quick, remember*
Take 2-4 chicken tenderloins washed in vinegar and a fresh lemon, this gets rid of the slime and all that other fun stuff. Rinse with water and pat dry.
Add a dash of Kosher salt, olive oil, paprika, and minced garlic - use a garlic press no need in spending unnecessary.
Caress the meat,(yup I said it) before placing on the Lean Mean Fat Burning Machine.
Now saute more garlic, red onions, cherry tomatoes and orange bell peppers.
Drain the pasta, and add the sauteed mixture and sliced tenderloins to it, and voila there you have it, dinner is 25 - 30 mins prep and cook time!!
Trader Joe always has the best $2 Buck Chuck vino so stockpile on that stuff! You don't have to spend a lot of money or time to have a delicious meal. Enjoy~xoxo

Love all the rich coloring..I see many outfits inspired by these veggies and brightly accessorized too...
