What's For Dinner?

Fresh cilantro, sauteed garlic, one veggie cube, add some rice (brown or white) to the mix and it's a wrap! BTW thanks "Garth" for the recipe. So I decided to try something new last night. I was baking a few pieces of Tilapia and thought to myself..self, we need a great sauce...I started rummaging around the kitchen and concocted the most amazing sauce. A few thin slices of fresh ginger with slivers of sweet tangerine in a saucepan with a few drops of (brown) sugar in the raw caramelized to perfection and alas...the sauce was born!! Drizzled over the fish, it was the perfect fusion of all things good. I was able to taste each ingredient and savor last night's dinner to the last drop! MMMmmmm good.
